Day 1 – Pinnawala & Kandy
Pinnawala

In a beautiful place surrounded by nature, the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage takes care of elephants that don’t have families or are hurt. People can watch elephants being washed and looked after in a nearby river – it’s an amazing sight! Pinnawala is a wonderful spot where nature, kindness, and culture come together, showing how important it is to care for animals and the environment.
Kandy
Kandy, a city in Sri Lanka, is a mix of history and nature. It’s surrounded by green hills and was an important place for kings long ago. People come to see the Temple of the Tooth, where they keep a special part of Buddha. Kandy Lake is pretty and good for walks. Every year, there’s a big festival called Esala Perahera with colorful parades. You can learn about Kandy’s past at the Royal Palace and Museum. Day 2 – Kandy

Sigiriya
Sigiriya, located in Sri Lanka, is a unique and ancient rock. People call it Lion Rock because it looks like a lion from a distance. Long ago, a king built a palace on top of the rock and surrounded it with beautiful gardens. You can climb up the rock using stairs and see amazing paintings on the walls halfway up. From the top, you get an incredible view of the land around. Sigiriya Rock is like a big piece of history that lets us imagine what life was like a very long time ago in Sri Lanka.

- Start the day by ascending the Dambulla cave temple, Sri Lanka’s largest and well-preserved cave temple from the 2nd century BC.
- The temple’s caves house numerous Buddha statues and images, depicting the history of Singhalese sculptures and paintings.
- Next, climb the Sigiriya Lion Rock fortress, a 5th-century marvel nominated as the 8th wonder of the world.
- This fortress was King Kasyapa’s creation and later transformed into a Buddhist monastery.

- After descending, refresh with a King Coconut Drink, then embark on a village safari.

Day 5 & 6 – Trincomalee

Trincomalee is a beautiful natural port city, its sandy beaches are really popular in the east coast region, and thousands of tourists visit every year, also it is one of world popular place for divers, snorkelers. And the marine National Park “Pigeon Island” is an outstanding place for snorkeling, we have so many things to do there, you can choose things which are you prefer to do, then we can arrange to do things according to our 2-day stay at Trincomalee.

This is our last day of “Glance of Sri Lanka 7 Days”, according to your flight departure time we will transfer you to airport or hotel towards to airport if you wish to be leisure some more days at the beach we are happy to arrange airport transfer upon your request.
